The Evolution of a Sober Rock & Roller

In this episode of Seizing Sobriety, I speak with Scotty Schultz, an old friend and tremendously successful and thoughtful guy. Scotty is a professional drummer living and working in Nashville. As you might imagine, that is a lifestyle in which drug and alcohol use can become pretty typical, and it was for Scotty for a long time. But, he’s been sober for over six years now, and he’s going to share with us about what his life was like before he made the decision to get sober and healthy, as well as the steps and practices he takes today to maintain that sobriety. He’s an incredibly inspiring and humble guy, and it was a pleasure and a privilege to get to learn from him.
